iPhone 5: Arrive in June 2011 with a powerful camera Omnivision

All indications are that the iPhone will be released in May next year in June, and will do so with a powerful 8-megapixel camera Omnivision.

The latest data revealed that the iPhone points to 5 incorporate an Omnivision OV8820 sensor. Omnivision is specialized in manufacturing CMOS sensors for mobile phones, and shows the good result given is that many manufacturers use. The new camera that would bring the new iPhone is capable of recording video at 30fps 1.080pa, to 720p at 60fps.

This 8-megapixel sensor type is backlit, has support for RAW format, with the advantages that entails, and is able to make 24 bursts per second.

Omnivision is currently working on the sensor, and is expected to kick in the first quarter of 2011, and one of the first devices to incorporate it would be the iPhone in May, which all point to begin distribution in June 2011. We do not know if Apple will meet the deadlines, but in this sense we are used to generate a buzz ahead of time to make us wait for months until you can see the new terminal.
